This is the work that sets Ana apart. She does not see clients once and send them away. She walks with them for as long as it takes, until they are whole. The Healing Journey is a commitment to sustained, deep transformation over months rather than hours.

It begins with a full initial assessment, an honest, unhurried conversation about where you are, what you are carrying, and what you sense is asking to be healed. From there, Ana designs a path: ongoing sessions, integration support, practices to hold between meetings, and if appropriate, retreat participation. The journey concludes when you know you are ready. Not before.
