Energy worker, shamanic practitioner, and devoted guide for those ready to return to their essence.
Hello, beautiful soul. My name is Ana Duarte. In January 2015, guided by a gentle whisper from Spirit, Love Light Heal Therapies was lovingly born. Its heart and purpose remain the same today: to be a beacon of light for those walking the path of healing, remembrance, and transformation.
This work blossomed from my own journey, a path of inner healing, awakening, and returning home to myself. As I searched for peace in heart and spirit, I encountered the deep magic of holistic therapies and Shamanic Healing. These practices held me when I needed them most, bringing self-love, boundaries, harmony, and above all, a sacred connection to the Spirit World.
From this place of gratitude and reverence, I knew I had to share these gifts with others. Today, I walk alongside kindred souls, holding space for healing, softness, and empowerment. This work flows through every session, every word, every breath, all in service of a kinder, truer, more luminous world.
Where it all began. Learning to channel healing energy with compassion and grace. This became the foundation everything else was built upon.
Discovering the profound power of feather and stone as instruments of healing. Delicate in appearance, yet transformative in practice.
Understanding how crystals hold, absorb, and transmute energy, adding a soothing and grounding dimension to the healing work.
Deepening the connection to ancient healing traditions. Soul retrieval, extraction work, power animal retrieval. These are the core shamanic practices that would shape everything.
Grounding the energetic work in the physical body. Hands-on healing that brings immediate, tangible relief.
Opening new doors to energetic healing, drawing on wisdom believed to have been practised in Ancient Egypt. Supporting the body's innate self-healing intelligence.
Reconnecting with the timeless wisdom of one of humanity's oldest healing traditions. A thread that runs through all ancient spiritual practice.
Blending sacred tools with modern healing. A beautiful instrument that gently clears, dissolves, and transforms the energies that block alignment with your divine path.
Continuing the dedication to growth and service, because the learning never stops. Every new understanding deepens the capacity to hold space for others.
My shamanic work is not tied to a single lineage. It draws from Lakota-influenced teaching through my Scottish teacher, Brazilian shamanic practice through my Brazilian teacher, and Ancient Egyptian shamanism, complemented by Reiki mastery, crystal therapy, SourceSTAR, dowsing, and quantum radionics.
This blend is not a compromise. It is a strength. Each tradition has gifted me tools, perspectives, and ways of seeing that together create a practice broader and deeper than any single path could offer. The common thread through all of them is the same: the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with what we truly are.
I believe that healing is not a transaction. It is a relationship. I do not see clients once and send them away. I walk with them for as long as it takes, until they are whole.
I dream of a world where kindness is just the beginning. Where justice, truth, equality, and compassion grow from a foundation of deep spiritual integrity. True healing doesn't begin with institutions. It begins with one human soul, returned to balance. That soul becomes a light, and that light spreads.
Before stepping into this path, I earned a degree in Architecture. Shortly after registering with the Portuguese Architects Board, I packed my bags and moved to London. There, I trained as an Executive PA and worked in administration for several years. But in 2014, everything changed. My soul awakened, and I found my true calling.
What nourishes me most are quiet moments with a good book, the joy of learning new things, time in nature, and the presence of animals, especially cats, dogs, and horses. Volunteering is another part of my soul's service. Since 2007, I've taught both European Portuguese and English, supported a riding therapy centre in Edinburgh, worked with a local charity in Portobello, and since 2022, I've been teaching English to refugees.
Though I'm an introvert at heart, when I feel safe and seen, I laugh easily, dance freely, and let my heart sing.
If something in these words has resonated, I would be honoured to hear from you. The first step is always a conversation.
