The services offered by Ana Duarte are complementary healing therapies. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ana is not a licensed medical practitioner. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before seeking complementary therapies.
Healing work supports wellbeing and personal growth. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these services.
Sessions are booked by contacting Ana directly through the contact form. Payment is due before or at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed. Ana offers a sliding scale to ensure accessibility.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full session rate, at Ana's discretion. Ana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions when necessary, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Everything shared during a session is treated with the strictest confidence. Ana will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your express consent, unless required by law or where there is an immediate risk to safety.
Retreat bookings are subject to availability and may require a deposit. Cancellation terms specific to each retreat will be communicated at the time of booking. Retreat schedules and activities may be adjusted at Ana's discretion to best serve the group.
