All you need is a quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. A comfortable chair or bed to recline on during the session is helpful. That is all.
Try to give yourself some quiet time before and after the session. Avoid caffeine or alcohol beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing. Have water nearby. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to receive. There is no wrong way to prepare.
Ana is based in Portugal (GMT/WET). However, she is flexible with scheduling and regularly works with clients across every time zone, from Australia to the Americas. Time differences are never a barrier.
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, though Ana holds the space for as long as it is needed. This includes time for an initial conversation, the healing work itself, and integration time afterwards.
