People ask me this all the time, and I understand why. Shamanic healing is not something most of us grew up with. It can feel mysterious, even intimidating. So let me tell you what it is really like.

We start by talking. I want to know what brought you here. Not just the surface reason, but what you are actually carrying. Sometimes people know exactly what it is. Sometimes they just feel something is off and cannot name it. Both are fine.

Then the work begins. I connect with your energy body and listen. I am not following a script. Every session is different because every person is different. I might work with your luminous energy field to clear heavy imprints. I might do extraction work to remove energies that do not belong to you. Sometimes soul retrieval is what is needed. Often it is a combination.

During the session, you might feel warmth, tingling, heaviness lifting, or nothing at all. Some people cry. Some people laugh. Some fall asleep. All of it is normal and all of it is welcome.

Afterwards, we talk about what came up. I share what I found and give you guidance on how to support the healing in the days that follow. The whole process usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, though I never rush.

The truth is, the best way to understand shamanic healing is to experience it. No description can fully capture what happens in that sacred space between healer and client. But I can tell you this: it is gentle, it is safe, and for many people, it is the thing that finally shifts what nothing else could.
